These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of services provided by MedGlobal360 Private Limited (“Med Global”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
MedGlobal360 is a medical tourism facilitation company that assists patients from India and abroad in accessing healthcare services by coordinating with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, and allied service providers. Our services include hospital coordination, doctor appointment scheduling, treatment quotation assistance, travel and accommodation coordination, visa support, and end-to-end medical tourism guidance.
MedGlobal360 is not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider, and does not provide medical treatment.
2. Nature & Scope of Services
MedGlobal360 acts solely as an intermediary between patients and third-party service providers, including hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies, and insurance companies. All medical and ancillary services are provided directly by these independent third parties, which operate under their own policies and professional standards.
3. No Medical Advice or Doctor–Patient Relationship
MedGlobal360 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations. Nothing in our communications or services shall be construed as creating a doctor–patient relationship between Med Global and the patient. Any such relationship exists solely between the patient and the treating healthcare provider.
4. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are not a children under the applicable law. You are acting as a parent or legal guardian for the patient; and all information provided to MedGlobal360 is accurate, complete, and current.
5. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:
• Provide accurate medical history, reports, and disclosures;
• Follow instructions provided by healthcare providers;
• Obtain required travel documents, visas, and insurance;
• Make timely payments to hospitals and third-party providers;
• Comply with hospital policies and applicable laws.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment outcomes, and MedGlobal360 shall not be liable for resulting consequences.
6. Pricing, Quotations & Payments
Treatment quotations provided by MedGlobal360 or partner hospitals are indicative estimates based on available information. Final costs are determined solely by the treating hospital after evaluation and may vary due to medical condition, additional procedures, extended stay, or complications. Med Global does not control hospital pricing.
Advance deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable in accordance with hospital or service provider policies. Payment terms will be communicated prior to confirmation.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
All services provided by MedGlobal360 are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MedGlobal360 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of its services for any particular purpose. MedGlobal360 does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free communications, or the accuracy of information received from third-party providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
8. Intellectual Property & Patents
All content, materials, processes, workflows, branding, logos, service marks, website design, and proprietary methodologies used by MedGlobal360 are the intellectual property of MedGlobal360 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants any license or right to use MedGlobal360 intellectual property without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of MedGlobal360 proprietary materials may result in legal action.
9. Copyright Infringement
MedGlobal360 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users shall not upload, share, or transmit any content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. If MedGlobal360 receives a valid complaint regarding copyright infringement, it reserves the right to remove the infringing content, suspend services, or terminate engagement. Users agree to indemnify MedGlobal360 against any claims arising from infringement caused by materials provided by them.
10. Third-Party Services & External Links
MedGlobal360 facilitates access to services provided by third parties, including hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies, and insurers. These third parties operate independently and maintain their own policies, terms, and standards. MedGlobal360 does not control and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of third-party services. Any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from such services shall be addressed directly with the respective provider.
Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. MedGlobal360 does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, security, or privacy practices of such external sites.
11. Patient–Hospital Communication
MedGlobal360 may facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers for appointment scheduling, sharing medical reports, treatment coordination, and logistical support. However, all clinical discussions, medical advice, treatment decisions, and consent processes occur directly between the patient and the treating hospital or doctor. MedGlobal360 does not participate in medical decision-making and shall not be responsible for any misunderstandings, miscommunications, or outcomes arising from patient–provider interactions.
Patients are encouraged to communicate directly with healthcare providers to clarify medical advice, risks, costs, and treatment plans. MedGlobal360 role is limited to coordination and administrative support.
12. Third-Party Services
MedGlobal360 coordinates services with third parties including hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, hotels, airlines, transportation providers, visa consultants, and insurers. MedGlobal360 is not responsible for medical negligence, treatment complications, travel delays, visa rejections, accommodation issues, or service deficiencies of third parties. Each third party operates under its own policies and contractual terms.
13. Travel & Visa Assistance
Visa and travel assistance provided by MedGlobal360 is advisory in nature. Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate, and MedGlobal360 does not guarantee visa issuance. Travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines or authorities are beyond our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
14. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes
MedGlobal360 does not guarantee treatment success, recovery time, absence of complications, or specific medical results. All medical procedures carry inherent risks, and outcomes depend on individual health conditions and compliance with medical advice.
15. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective policies of hospitals, airlines, hotels, and other third-party providers. MedGlobal360 facilitation fees, if any, is non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
16. Confidentiality
MedGlobal360 handles patient information with confidentiality and shares it only with relevant healthcare providers and service partners for treatment coordination and service delivery, or where required by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedGlobal360 shall not be liable for medical complications, treatment dissatisfaction, financial losses, travel disruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the facilitation services provided.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedGlobal360, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from inaccurate information provided by you, non-compliance with medical advice, breach of these Terms, violations of law, or disputes with third-party providers.
19. Force Majeure
MedGlobal360 shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, or disruptions in telecommunications or third-party services.
20. Termination
MedGlobal360 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate its services, in whole or in part, with immediate effect if a patient or user provides false, misleading, or incomplete information; violates these Terms or any applicable laws; engages in abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct toward the Company, its employees, partners, or third-party service providers fails to make required payments within agreed timelines; or acts in a manner that may harm the reputation, operations, or legal interests of Med Global. Upon such suspension or termination, Med Global obligation to provide facilitation services shall immediately cease, and access to ongoing coordination may be discontinued. Any outstanding payments or financial obligations incurred prior to termination shall remain payable. Termination shall not affect any accrued rights, remedies, or liabilities of either party prior to such termination, and Med Global shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.:
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi; India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of MedGlobal360 services.
22. Updates to Terms
MedGlobal360 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
